Employability Skill Training program at Don Bosco Private ITI, Ranchi

Don Bosco Career Guidance and Job Placement Services, Ranchi, conducted an Employability Skill Training program at Don Bosco Private ITI, Ranchi. The session featured Mr. Rishi Shukla, HR Manager at Gurutvaa Systems Pvt. Ltd., Pune, who spoke to the students about current industry job trends, salary expectations, and openings within his company. His talk gave candidates valuable insights into the realities of todays job market. Mr. Marcus Minj followed with an interactive session on resume building, helping students structure professional resumes. He also assisted in registering the participants on the JPN portal via the JOBS DBI platform. This ensured their readiness to explore national job opportunities through the Don Bosco network. The training successfully bridged the gap between training and employment, motivating students for future prospects. Participants actively engaged in the sessions and felt better prepared for job applications.
