Employability Skill Training at DB Best Academy, Bangalore

BREADS – Career Guidance and Job Placement Services, Bangalore, conducted an Employability Skill Training at DB Best Academy, Bangalore. As part of the initiative, Ms. Marina, the Placement Coordinator of the Job Placement Network (JPN), facilitated an engaging session focused on interview techniques and the latest job market trends. She provided practical insights to help candidates prepare effectively for interviews and understand current employer expectations. The session aimed to enhance the confidence and readiness of the participants. 68 job seekers participated. Additionally, she guided the candidates in downloading and registering on the JOBS DBI app. This enabled them to access job opportunities and stay connected with placement support. The training encouraged active participation and skill development. The initiative was well-received by the attendees. It successfully contributed to the employability enhancement of the students.
